Booking Procedure 

Bloom Apartments Cluj can be booked in exactly the same way you book your hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. Please specify your requirements for every apartment, and then depending on availability we will contact you for confirmation. The data on the reservation form is essential for the booking to be made.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
If you need to check-in earlier or exit later, please tell us so we find a solution together.

Payment

The full payment must be paid on the date of arrival when occupying the apartment.

If the accommodation period is longer than 30 days, a payment of 30% from total amount has to be paid at least 21 days before entering the location.

Security Deposit

Security deposit is not required. However we have a damage refund policy. You will be held responsible for any material damage and you will refund us by the amount we will communicate to you.

Rules of conduct
During your stay you will have to keep a quiet behaviour so that you won't disturb neighbours. No noise at night time in the apt, respectfull behaviour in the hall, elevator and floor of the building. You are responsible of any guest that you have: same rules apply to them. In case of not observance of these rules you will expulsed from the apartment without any reimboursement.

Cancellation policy:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel booking, preferably before the day of accommodation.
For stays over 30 days, cancellation is required 21 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 30% from total stay amount.

Keys
You will be given one or two pair of keys for which you are responsible. If you loose a set of keys you must refund them with 5 Euro.

House cleaning/maid service
At the time of your accommodation you will have to specify your request for house cleaning or maid service: days/hours for the cleaning. We provide without any extra charge one aptartment cleanings per week, clean bed linen & clean towels once per week. Additional cleanings are charged 5 Euro each, additional clean towel or linen 5 Euro each. 

Kitchen & bath supplies
We include the following supplies sufficient at least for the initial period of stay: hygenic toilet paper, detergent for dishes, sugar & oil & salt for cooking, Italian coffee maker (moka) or filter coffee maker (electric). The kitchen is supplied with quality cuttlery, dishes, pots & pans, glasses, can & bottle openers.

Methods of payment
The payment can be done by:
- cash
- bank transfer (bank expenses charged on the client) to one of our bank accounts.
